Free to sign up. Merchants begin on a discounted commission rate of 10% for orders through your Gallop. After 300 total sales, commission will be converted to Gallop's standard 14% rate. A payment processing fee will apply to all orders.

Payment Processing

2.9% + 30¢

In addition to our 10% commission, we charge 2.9% + 30¢ on every transaction to cover payment processing fees. In the event of a refund, Gallop is responsible for absorbing this cost.

Payout Processing

Once an order has been confirmed and successfully fulfilled in Shopify, you will receive payment for that order in your Shopify balance within 48 hours, less commission and processing fees.

Delivery

This is free to merchants. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with delivery.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are distributed to your Shopify Balance within 48 hours of an order being successfully fulfilled.

Are there any setup fees or monthly charges?

No. There are no setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or listing fees. You only pay when you make a sale through our platform.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure payment processors (Stripe and Shopify Billing). All payment information is encrypted and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

What happens if a customer returns an item?

In the event of a customer refund, the order total, less processing fees, will be extracted from the merchant's Shopify Balance once the refund is confirmed. Gallop is responsible for managing refunds and communicating with both the customer and merchant.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery costs are separate from our commission structure, and are pre-set by Gallop. Delivery fees are billed to the customer directly, not to the merchant.
