La Soufflerie Bacchus Smoky
Bacchus Smoky is the Roman god of agriculture and wine. He wandered the earth, showing people how to grow vines and process the grapes for wine. Mouth-blown from recycled glass and created from a mold of grapes, this vessel is a fun variation from your typical vase. It is incredibly versatile and can be used as a vase, candleholder, or carafe.
Details
• Hand-blown using only recycled glass.
• Approximately 4in w x 6.5in h
• Size & shape will vary (approximately 1cm-2cm) from piece to piece.
• Colored with all-natural pigments that will never fade, even in the dishwasher.
After learning that there were fewer than five professional glassblowers left in the Paris region, a husband and wife team decided to start La Soufflerie, giving all its proceeds back to the glassblowers to keep the art alive. This non-profit company has expanded from its humble origins in 2007, and now produces a full range of glassware along with plaster, terra cotta pieces and candlesticks.

Greenwood is a thoughtfully curated gift boutique — from handmade jewelry and artisan ceramics to beautiful clothing, plants, and accessories. We specialize in small-batch, handcrafted goods created by talented makers, bringing together items that feel personal, meaningful, and a little unexpected.
