Who has not seen the now viral Dubai Bar on social media – it has taken the chocolate world by storm. When Charles finally got one to try, he was both really impressed by the originality of the bar and disappointed by how super sugary and sweet it was. 

In that great Charles Chocolates tradition, they set out to make what they think is the ultimate expression of that really cool idea. Instead of sweet milk chocolate, they use a rich, lucious, bittersweet chocolate blend that truly compliments the pistachio and crisp shredded kataifi filling.
