We add a touch of sugar for balance – similar to the liqueur d’expédition used in classical method sparkling wines – followed by natural flavors and some light carbonation for a refined sparkle. The result is crisp and clean, with bright acidity, subtle minerality, and a polished, refreshing finish. <0.5% ABV.
